You may return, only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and re-sellable products, within 7 days of receiving delivery, for a refund or product credit. If there’s a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery. And we there are rare cases we might offer a product credit if the situation is relevant.
If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product to reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item).
Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to except back any product that has been opened or use.
The Hempire Boutique products are only available in the United States. Orders are processed within 48 hours from the time you place your order. The average transit time is 3-5 business days depending on the shipping rate requested. Transit times will vary based on your location.
- UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Overnight Saver, and USPS Priority (used for PO BOX addresses).
- Packaging will be in corrugated boxes, bubble mailers, or a die-cut mailer.
Lost, Stolen, Damage Policy:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must make a claim within 2 business days receiving product by contacting email@example.com.
You may be able expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. In order to expedite the exchange, please place the new order, and send the new invoice number to the customer service agent assigned to your original claim. The new order will be at your cost and once the unwanted item(s) has returned to us, we will refund you for the item(s). Please check with your customer service agent before placing your new order.
